When you place an order we collect:

• your name, email address, and shipping and billing addresses;
• the items, sizes, and quantities you order, and your order total;
• payment status and a checkout reference from Stripe (never your full card number).

Your cart is saved in your browser's local storage on your device so it persists between visits; it isn't sent to us until you check out. We don't use advertising trackers. Our host, Lovable, records basic visit statistics (pages viewed, the referring site, device type, approximate country, and visit length), which we use to understand how the site is used.

If you send us a message through our contact form or by email, we collect your name, email address, any order number you include, and what you write, and use them to reply to you.

If you join our email list, we store your email address, when you signed up, and which signup form you used, and use them only to send you news about drops and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails or by emailing info@livingtrill.com.

If you submit a photo to our community wall, we collect the photo, the name you give, and, if you add them, your social handle, a caption, the product you're wearing, and an email address. Your browser re-saves the photo before uploading it, which removes hidden details such as the location it was taken. Approved photos are shown publicly with your name, handle, and caption; your email is only used to contact you about your photo and is never shown. To limit abuse, we keep a scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address, not the address itself.

We use this information to take payment, produce and deliver your order, send you emails about your order (such as your confirmation and shipping updates), handle claims and support requests, prevent fraud, and keep the records we need for tax and accounting. We don't sell your information, and we only send you marketing emails if you've signed up for them.

We share information only with the providers that run the store for us:

• Stripe processes payments. You enter your payment details directly into Stripe's form; Stripe may use cookies and device information to prevent fraud.
• Printful makes and ships your order and receives the recipient's name, delivery address, email, and the items ordered. Printful and its carriers use this to produce, route, and deliver the parcel. Printful also serves most of our product images.
• Supabase stores order records, email-list signups, and community photo submissions, and hosts some of the site's images.
• Lovable hosts the website, sends our order emails, and records the visit statistics described above.
• Google Fonts, Cloudinary, and Wix serve fonts and some images. Your browser requests images and fonts from these providers, Printful, and Supabase directly, so they receive your IP address and browser details.

We keep order records only as long as we need them to fulfil and support your order, handle claims, and meet our tax and accounting obligations. We keep your email-list signup until you unsubscribe. Community photos stay up until you ask us to remove them or we take them down; if we decline a photo, we delete it.

You can ask us for a copy of your information, or to correct or delete it, by emailing info@livingtrill.com. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, the UK, or some US states), you may have further rights, such as to object to or restrict our use of your information, or to complain to your local data protection authority.

If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
