Shipping

We currently ship to United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, France, Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Sweden.

Shipping is calculated at checkout for your address and the items in your cart, using Printful's live shipping rates, and it is shown before you pay. When more than one method is available for your address, you choose it at checkout.

After you order, we review it and send it to production. Printful usually takes 2–5 business days to make an order before it ships; the day the order is placed doesn't count. High order volume, stock availability, or the product can extend this.

After production, Printful currently estimates:

• US and Canada, Standard: 3–4 business days
• International, Standard: 5–20 business days
• Express, where offered: 1–3 business days

These are estimates from the carriers, not guaranteed delivery dates. The methods you can choose depend on your address and the products in your order.

Tracking details are emailed to the address you used at checkout once your order ships. Carrier tracking can take up to 24 hours to show movement. Items can be made in different facilities, so one order may arrive in separate parcels with separate tracking.

Orders shipped outside the United States may be charged customs duties, import taxes, or fees by the destination country. Unless the shipping method you choose at checkout says duties are included, these are not part of your order total and are paid by the recipient on delivery.

Please make sure your delivery address is complete and correct before you pay. If you notice a mistake, email info@livingtrill.com right away; once an order is in production it usually can't be changed.

Timing and estimates come from Printful's fulfillment time, shipping options, and customs guidance. Printful can change its services and estimates; the rates and methods shown at checkout apply to your order.
