Terms of Sale

Every item is made for you after you order it, by our fulfilment partner Printful. Product images are photos or mockups, so printed colours, placement, and fabric shade can differ slightly from what you see on screen. Please check the size guide on each product page before you order.

Prices are in US dollars. Shipping and any sales tax are calculated for your address and shown before you pay. Payment is taken through Stripe when you place your order; see Payment Methods. If a product or price is listed in error, we'll contact you, and we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

After you pay, we email you a confirmation with your order number. We may cancel an order and refund it in full if an item can't be made, we can't deliver to your address, or the order looks fraudulent.

We review each order before it goes into production. To change or cancel an order, email info@livingtrill.com as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order is in production it usually can't be changed or cancelled.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Orders shipped outside the United States may be charged customs duties or import taxes, which the recipient pays. Please check your delivery address before you pay. Details are on our Shipping page.

If an item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, or your parcel is lost, we'll replace it or refund you. Because every item is made for you, we don't accept returns for a wrong size, colour choice, or change of mind. Our Returns page explains how to make a claim and the time limits.

If you submit a photo to our community wall, you confirm the photo is yours and that we may show it, with the name and handle you give, on livingtrill.com and our social channels. We review every photo and may decline or remove any of them. To have your photo taken down, email info@livingtrill.com.

The Living Trill name, logos, designs, photos, and site content belong to The Living Trill Brand. Buying a product doesn't give you the right to copy or reproduce its design.

Please don't misuse the site, for example by interfering with how it works, trying to access parts that aren't public, or submitting unlawful or infringing content.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
